practical:

grilled salmon w/ asparagus mushroom ragout meuniere, sauce maltaise. garnish: julienne orange rind, supreme orange.

sole pauppiettes w/vin blanc sauce.

sea bass a la meuniere w/noisette butter and lemon juice. string beans almondine.

hope the garbage can was hungry today...
